E-Commerce Store Manager

About the role:

We are seeking an E-commerce Store Manager who have managed sales and strategies used to conduct digital and retail sales and conversions. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with strong initiative and a can-do attitude to grow our business in new markets and increase our presence on social media.

Reporting to the CEO you will work on marketing initiatives and implementation of our marketing plans.


About the Company:

This position is predominantly for SoHealthy and our start-up company in homeware industry. In addition, you may be required to assist with other business ventures under our brand. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Daily monitoring and management of our online and retail stores
  • Executing ad campaigns across search engines, social media platforms and EDM’s
  • Researching and implementing the latest digital marketing strategies to achieve maximum sales growth
  • Increasing website traffic and sales across all platforms including social media
  • Improving user experience to increase website traffic and sales
  • Managing site development
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to digital platforms, based on data-driven analysis and business needs, to optimise user experience, engagement and conversion

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing
  • Experience in WordPress admin
  • Data analysis, testing and data collection
  • Previous experience managing social media platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Proven experience curating new audiences & building on existing

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent work ethic and adaptability
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

About the role:

We are seeking a bi-lingual, E-commerce and Retail Store Sales Professional fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal). You will be leading in-store sales alongside creating strategies to increase both online and retail. You will work on marketing initiatives and the implementation of our marketing plans. You will at times be operating our store by yourself initially. You will need a proactive personality whilst engaging with customers, and generating sales will be crucial to the role. You may be required to assist with some of our other business ventures.

We focus on bringing high-quality Organic Australian Made products to our store with a list of great companies already on board.
