Australia Post – Standard Delivery
Our postage charges are a flat rate of $9.95 for orders below $100. We chose flat rate shipping as we believe simplicity was easy instead of having different rates for different items a flat rate makes it easy to know exactly how much you will be charged for postage prior to posting.
Any products ordered from sohealthy.com going to an Australian address using Australia Post as the delivery method should take approximately (3) three to (7) seven business days to arrive once dispatched.
Note: Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days from when payment is received. Our aim is to provide every item requested within an order wherever possible as we cannot send more than one parcel per shipping charge.
High demand for some requested items, changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times. We will advise you of any known delays beyond the estimated delivery times via email.
In some cases it may be necessary for us to refund the cost of some items that will be unavailable for some time (usually more than one month).
We also reserve the right to change the shipping method selected if there is a problem with the provided address and the shipping method that was selected. For large orders this also includes lack of insurance which was not selected and could put the order at risk of damage. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable shipping method at our own discretion.
Sohealthy.com will not replace, refund, or provide credit notes, if items are damaged or lost in transit, if you do not Insure Your Order by selecting Express Shipping.
Express Post – Australia
If you need your purchase in a hurry, we also offer Express Post. Also, as a Flat Rate of $15.95. The Australia Post Express Post next business day delivery network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.
Any products ordered from sohealthy.com going to Sydney and surrounding areas should take only (1) one business day to arrive from date the order was shipped. Brisbane, Melbourne (3) three business days, Adelaide, Perth and Darwin (3 to 5) business days.
Next business day service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside capital cities, next business day service is to and from townships only.
Note: These averages are based on delivery times to capital cities. Deliveries outside of these areas may take longer. We are not responsible if Australia Post fail to make the quoted delivery timetable.
SoHealthy dispatches your order on same or next business day, and provides tracking code. SoHealthy is not liable for delays by Australia Post. For peak season order, i.e. Christmas period, order as early as possible to allow expected delays.

Warm Weather Policy
As you know we love products with real ingredients without adding preservatives and stabilisers, this means some of our products such as chocolates can be heat sensitive. We don’t use cool packing and although our warehouse is temperature controlled, once it’s left us, we no longer control the temperature and handling in transit. Keep in mind that standard delivery is by road and your package could end up spending a weekend or a night in a depot. We urge you to consider this as we cannot take responsibility for spoiled items if you choose to make your purchase in warmer weather. Our Returns Policy
It is our mission to provide products that are unique and wonderful for our customers. If there is something about our product that is not meeting your standard please let us know as we truly want to hear from you to help us make it better. We completely adhere to Australian Consumer Law and actually believe in going beyond this to ensure happier customers.
To return your product for a refund you will be responsible for paying shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your item so we suggest using a trackable shipping service. Any returned item must be in its original condition. Once we receive your return we will inspect and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved then a credit will automatically be applied to your card of original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days.
I Received a Defective Item, What Can I Do?
If an item purchased is defective, damaged or faulty, or does not does not match the purpose described or is not as described in product description, please notify SoHealthy via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt. In such an event, SoHealthy will provide the buyer a replacement product or full refund. Refund is offered via original payment method.
Please note: Proof of purchase is required in the event of a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to assess the age and condition of returned goods prior to offering a replacement product or refund. Exchange/Change of mind: We are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for change of mind – please choose carefully.

As SoHealthy strives to deliver you the most excellent of all of our products. If the unforeseeable happens and you receive an item that you didn’t order please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt and a refund is offered via original payment method.
Im Missing Items from My Order, What Do I Do?
If you are missing items from your order it is almost certainly a mistake unless we have contacted you prior to shipping to explain why items are missing and if we can offer a substitute. Each order is carefully assessed by multiple members of staff to ensure the products are free from damage, defects, that they are still in date and that the items are correct. If this terrible circumstance does arise please get in touch with us via the phone or email.
Please take any damaged, faulty or wrong products to our local store here in Sydney in the Market City, along with a copy of your tax invoice, for a refund.
