Bone development refers to the stages of when our bones develope. This occurs from before we were born our bones reach their optimal peak for strength and density when we reach our late twenties and early thirties. Throughout childhood, adolescence, and early adulthood, the bones absorb nutrients and minerals, gaining strength. From our late twenties and early thirties our bone density will peak before declining.
