Tasmanian Wakame is an Australian edible Seaweed Nutritional Powerhouse packed with Omega-3 Fatty Acids. It has a slightly sweet and silky texture and commonly used in seaweed salads or miso soups. Each serving of wakame also contains vitamins A, C, E and K, and iron, copper and phosphorus.
One of the most recognisable seaweed types, Nori, is dried and pressed into nori sheets and used most often in sushi rolls and onigiri.
